On August 9, 2025, the city skyline provided a breathtaking backdrop for a love story as bright as the summer sun. A radiant bride and her sunshine groom, A&Y, tied the knot in an intimate celebration at the Four Seasons Hotel Montréal. It was a day defined by unconditional love, where the pulse of the city met the quiet elegance of a chic, heartfelt union.
Chic Design & Romantic Ambiance
The vision for A&Y’s wedding was one of sophisticated warmth. To transform the venue into a romantic sanctuary, we utilized a palette of crystal accents and glowing candlelight. The shimmering décor caught the light at every turn, creating an inviting glow that mirrored the couple’s own joy. Every detail, from the floral arrangements to the flickering tea lights, was curated to ensure the atmosphere felt both high-end and deeply personal.
Seamless Coordination & Personal Touches
Behind the scenes, our team ensured that the day flowed with effortless grace. As a Single Venue Coordination project, we managed the fluid transition from a soulful ceremony to a high-energy reception all within the Four Seasons' luxury suites.

DIY Installation:
We meticulously assembled and styled the couple’s personal décor, including the custom vases, candle arrangements, and signature elements like the hand-lettered Welcome Mirror and the Seating Chart.
Guest Logistics & Care:
With a focus on intimacy, we prioritized the "human" element—guiding family members through their roles and ensuring every guest felt reassured, informed, and ready to celebrate.

Coordination implications
- Single Venue Coordination – Overseeing both the ceremony and reception at the same location
- Venue Setup – Supervision of table and chair installation, tent setup, tableware placement, and coordination with bar and catering services.
- DIY Décor Installation – Setup of colorful tablecloths and decorations, welcome sign, seating chart, and arch arrangements.
- Guest Logistics – Coordination of shuttle services for out-of-town guests staying at nearby hotels, management of guest flow for buffet-style service, amoung others
C & B’s wedding was a stunning celebration of love and unity, set in the rustic charm of a beautifully restored barn. Their intercultural love story came to life surrounded by nature, warm wooden beams, and joyful laughter. With heartfelt vows, vibrant traditions, and the glow of string lights, the evening unfolded into a perfect blend of elegance and authenticity.
